Welcome to TapIt’s online platform! These Terms and Conditions oversee your usage of TapIt’s website and the acquisition of services or products offered through this site. Your access or use of our services indicates your acceptance and adherence to these terms.

Returns

We only accept returns if the product is misplaced by the courier company or arrives damaged. In such cases, you will receive a 100% full refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

If the product you receive arrives scratched or damaged, you may qualify for a replacement by providing videography evidence of the damage within 24 hours of delivery. However, refunds may be considered under specific conditions. To qualify for a refund, you must present a receipt or proof of purchase in the form of an order number. Replacements for damaged products are available for items of the same brand and design. If having issues while tapping the NFC card on compatible phones, contact our team at connect@tapitcards.in for assistance. Most problems can be resolved with guidance from our team. Please note that if our team cannot verify the potential defect during a refund request, you may not qualify for a refund. Once approved, a notification email will be sent, and the refund will be processed within 5 working days to the original payment method.

Warranty

We uphold the quality of our products. If your item is not working or loses its printing within 30 days from the marked delivery date, you’re entitled to a free replacement. Between 31 and 90 days, you qualify for a 70% discount code for a replacement, and between 90 days and 1 year, a 50% discount is offered on a new order.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If a refund has not appeared in your account, please verify with your bank and credit card company. Delays might occur before a refund is officially posted. If issues persist, contact us at connect@tapitcards.in for further assistance.

Sale Items

Refunds are available solely for regularly priced items. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded, except in cases where there are design flaws or spelling mistakes in the product.

Exchanges

We currently do not facilitate exchanges.

Delivery Responsibility

TapIt ensures thorough product inspection before dispatch. In the case of non-delivery or late delivery due to user error (e.g., incorrect address), any additional expenses for re-delivery will be charged to the user who placed the order. Please note that TapIt is not liable to refund any amount exceeding the order value for non-delivery or late delivery scenarios.

Order Cancellation

Requests for order cancellations are not accommodated after 12 hours from order confirmation.

Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders placed for products listed at incorrect prices or for other reasons. Refunds will be issued for canceled orders, regardless of order confirmation or payment receipt, and affected users will be duly informed.
